Harvey Paul's Story

After practicing law for more than twenty years, teaching, selling cars and pickup trucks, and counseling teenagers, H. Paul Honsinger became a “reformed attorney,” and full time writer. Paul self published his first novel To Honor You Call Us in November 2012, and his second, For Honor We Stand in February 2013. Brisk sales of both books prompted 47 North books--the Science Fiction, Fantasy, and Horror imprint of Amazon Publishing--to offer Paul a contract to re-publish them as well as to publish the next book in the series, Brothers in Valor. The first two books have been Amazon bestsellers since they came out in February and March 2014, res...Expand for more
pectively. Brothers in Valor was released June 30, 2015 to impressive sales and favorable customer reviews. Paul is a member of the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, an association of professional SF & F writers who have sold their writings and received meaningful compensation for their work. He is a native of Lake Charles, Louisiana, and a graduate of Lake Charles High School, the University of Michigan, and the Louisiana State University law school. He and his fantasy novelist wife (pen name, Laura Jo Phillips) live in rural Mohave County, Arizona. His next novel, To Stations My Lads, is expected sometime in late 2019 or 2020.
